Ewurabena Aubynn appointed to serve on GSA Board

 


Newly sworn-in Member of Parliament for Ablekuma North, Ewurabena Aubynn has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ghana Shippers Authority (GSA).

Madam Aubynn won the recently held July 11 rerun election in Ablekuma North constituency in the Greater Accra region. Her induction increased the ruling National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) tally in Parliament to 184 seats, further consolidating its parliamentary two-third majority.

She was sworn-in as MP yesterday July 22, 2025, as members of the Minority Caucus staged a walkout moments before the oath was administered.

Members of the Board
The Board is chaired by former Minister for Transport and former MP for Effutu, Mike Allen Hammah.

Other members include Prof. Ransford Gyampo, CEO of GSA, Nathaniel Amonoo Wilson, Alex Mensah, Brig. Gen. Paul Seidu Tanye-Kulono, Adjoa Oboubia and Darko-Opoku.

The rest are Dr. Kamal-Denn Ali, Dr. Frederick Appoh, Emelia Assiakwa, Clement Boateng, Yaw Adu-Agyei Gyamfi, Salamatu Fuad and Ewurabena Aubynn
