In addition, customers can opt to submit their visa applications from the comfort and safety of their home, office or any other preferred location with its Visa At Your Doorstep service (for Denmark, South Africa and Switzerland visa customers) or the On-Demand Mobile Visa service (for UK visa customers).
Customers can enjoy for other optional value-added services available at the facility such as Form-Filling Assistance Services by professionally trained staff or application submission and document collection outside of the regular business hours with the Prime-Time service. UK visa customers can also opt for the Keep My Passport While Applying service which enables them to retain their passports once their application is submitted and biometrics have been enrolled.
