Ultra Centre for Licensing and Vehicle Registration now offers a premium experience to Accra residents

Since July 2024, Citizens and residents of Accra are able to apply for their Vehicle and Driver License applications at the Ultra Centre for Licensing and Vehicle Registration operated by Bridge Direct in collaboration with VFS Global.

The Centre offers applicants a convenient and comfortable environment for submitting their Vehicle and License applications. A dedicated contact centre (0302 918007) and email support (info@dvla.gov.gh) service is also available for customers to answer queries and track the application status.

Commenting on the premium centre, Foster Akwasi Asante, Esq., Deputy Chief Executive of DVLA, said, “The operation of Ultra Centres by DVLA in partnership with the private sector falls within the vision of DVLA to bring world-class services closer to the people. The Authority recognizes the need to decentralize its services to the people with the view to certify every driver who sits behind the steering wheel after ensuring that they meet all requirements for certification and issuance of a driver’s licence. In view of this, I want to urge the general public to approach any of our offices including the Ultra Centres for driver licence acquisition with ease.”

How to apply for a Licensing and Vehicle Registration service online:

  • Visit http://www.dvla.gov.gh/ and select 'Individual' or 'Business' (for corporates).
  • Fill in the required fields to create an online service account with DVLA.
  • Log into your DVLA account and select any of the services listed.
  • Receive an online invoice for the chosen service and proceed to the service centre.
