Prudential Bank Limited, an indigenous bank, has renewed its pledge and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to its customers and stakeholders as the world celebrates International Customer Service Week.

With a proven track record of excellence, the Bank remains committed to putting customers at the heart of everything it does solidifying its position as a truly dependable partner.

Commenting on this year’s theme, Mission: Possible, the Managing Director of the Bank, Bernard Gyebi emphasized that the Bank’s passion to always put the customer at the heart of its operations is non-negotiable.

The Bank’s endeavours to customer service excellence have earned it numerous accolades from reputable organizations over the years. These include the recognition by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG), which awarded Prudential Bank the CIMG 2023 Bank Best in Customer Satisfaction – Consumer Banking, Five Star Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Business Banking, and Five Star Bank in Service Quality – Business Banking.

Additionally, the Bank won the Excellence in Customer Experience award at the 18th Connected Banking West Africa Innovation and Excellence Awards 2025. Most recently two more institutions, the BII World and the Boardroom Magazine also recognized the Bank for its excellence in customer service delivery.

These feats, according to Gyebi, is a testament to the zeal of the staff to put the customer ahead of what they do.

E&P takes over Black Volta and Sankofa Gold projects after years of delay
