Digital Transformation Requires Cultural Shift - Prudential Bank MD

 The Managing of Director of Prudential Bank, Bernard Gyebi, has emphasized the importance of cultural change in achieving successful digital transformation.

Speaking at a 18th edition of the Connected Banking Summit in Accra, Bernard Gyebi,  noted that while technology is crucial, it is not enough on its own to drive meaningful change.

Culture isn't just an aspect of the game, it is the game," the expert said. "If you want to achieve digital transformation, you need to understand the concept of community and how to drive cultural change."

In addition, the MD emphasized the need for continuous improvement and innovation, as well as the importance of cybersecurity in digital transformation.

The conference was attended by industry leaders and experts in digital transformation and cyber security, and the Gyebi's remarks were seen as a call to action for organizations to prioritize cultural change in their digital transformation efforts.
