Fairtrade Africa has held a graduation ceremony for its Women School of Leadership programme in Cote d’Ivoire. The event took place on 10 th December and was preceded by a final workshop on December 9, 2021, to review and learn from the programme's implementation activities over the past nine months. In attendance were Moussa Diarrassouba, representative of the Ivoirian Minister of Gender and Children, Nasseneba Toure, Fairtrade Global CEO, Dr. Nyagoy Nyong’o, Leadership of Fairtrade Africa, Maxhavelaar France, Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and Fond Français pour l'environnement mondial (FFME), producer organisation, as well as partner organisations and stakeholders within the cocoa value chain.
