A baby who was stolen from Mamprobi Polyclinic in Accra has been safely recovered following a swift police operation, with a female suspect now in custody. The infant was allegedly taken from the facility on Tuesday, February 18, at Mamprobi in the Ablekuma South constituency. The incident triggered an immediate response from the Ghana Police Service, who launched a search operation upon receiving a report from hospital authorities and the child’s family.
