Ecobank Ghana Postpones 2025 Annual General Meeting

Ecobank Ghana has announced the postponement of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), initially scheduled for May 9, 2025. The new date for the AGM is Thursday, June 12, 2025.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause," the bank stated in a public notice.

The postponement may cause some disruption to shareholders and stakeholders, but the bank's commitment to transparency and communication is expected to minimize any negative impact.

Shareholders and stakeholders are advised to take note of the new date and make necessary arrangements to attend the AGM. The meeting is expected to provide a platform for discussions on the bank's performance, future strategies, and growth prospects.

E&P takes over Black Volta and Sankofa Gold projects after years of delay
