Home SafeTrust Ghana CEO wins Forty Under 40 award


Service management firm, Home SafeTrust Ghana has won the Best in Real Estate and Construction Award of the Year at the just-ended 2022 Forty Under 40 Awards organised by Xodus Communications Limited at Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra.

The award was in recognition of the dedication and commitment of the Chief Executive Officer of Home SafeTrust Ghana, Christopher Ohene Kwame Nuamah to building the Real Estate industry as well as being a highly respected company advocating for best business practices in housing sector.

Interacting with the media after receiving the honour, Christopher Mr Nuamah was grateful to his team, friends and family for the unflinching support always.
 
He especially mentioned his client base which is Ghanaians living abroad for always believing in his work and trusting him to do better always.
 
The award scheme is an initiative from Xodus Communications Limited with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Tourism which seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries.

Nuamah's achievements include building and renovating over 100 houses for Ghanaians living abroad. He is currently working on 50 affordable housing units of 4/3 bed duplex houses project for Ghanaians across three regions in Ghana.

He also supports his community through Mawerehosem TV, Kongrowth Aid Foundation, Kongrowth Records, and Home SafeTrust Gh. His construction business employs an estimated 100 individuals.

E&P takes over Black Volta and Sankofa Gold projects after years of delay

 Indigenous mining firm Engineers & Planners (E&P) has acquired Azumah Resources Ghana Ltd and Upwest Resources Ghana Ltd, taking full control of the long-stalled Black Volta and Sankofa gold concessions in the Upper West Region.
