MOC Ghana launches nationwide pre-bid briefing and recruitment drive to power 2026 expansion

MOC Ghana Ltd has entered a critical phase of its Ghana Expansion 2026 agenda, announcing a nationwide Industry Pre-Bid Briefing and a structured professional interview programme to support the rollout of its operations across the country.

The initiative marks a major step in the company’s efforts to strengthen healthcare, logistics, education and related services through coordinated partnerships, transparent procurement and workforce development.

The Industry Pre-Bid Briefing, scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, will outline current and upcoming procurement opportunities linked to the expansion programme. The virtual session will stream live at 2:00 PM CST (8:00 PM GST) via Google Meet, with access links shared on the company’s official Instagram page (@MOCGhanaGlobal) and the Ghana Mission portal. A full replay will also be made available on YouTube to ensure broader participation among stakeholders locally and abroad.

According to the company, the briefing will introduce vendors and service providers to key procurement areas, including interior construction and facility build-outs, real estate and brokerage services, uniforms and apparel supply, design and styling services, and logistics and operational support.

MOC Ghana Ltd clarified that participation in the briefing does not guarantee contract awards, noting that final bid decisions are not expected before March 2026. The session is intended to enhance transparency, align industry expectations and engage qualified partners ahead of the operational rollout.

Alongside the procurement engagement, the company has initiated a structured interview process targeting professionals and service providers across several divisions. The recruitment effort is part of a broader vetting and onboarding framework designed to build a skilled and mission-aligned workforce to support the expansion.

Interview categories currently include nursing and allied health professionals, midwives and maternal health specialists, education and training roles, operations and logistics personnel, as well as strategic partners and vendors. Selected candidates are being contacted directly as part of the company’s phased recruitment and evaluation process.

MOC Ghana Ltd said the Ghana Expansion 2026 programme represents a comprehensive national development initiative aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery, building workforce capacity, expanding operational infrastructure and fostering institutional partnerships.

By combining transparent procurement with structured professional recruitment, the company aims to establish a sustainable foundation for long-term service delivery and sectoral growth, positioning the expansion as a significant private-sector contribution to Ghana’s development agenda.
